42 U.S.C. 1131942 U.S.C. 11311If upon enactment of this Act [], section 209 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act () provides for the termination of the Interagency Council on the Homeless on , then notwithstanding such section, the Interagency Council on the Homeless shall cease to exist, and the requirements of title II of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act [ et seq.] shall terminate, on .

Limitations .—

If upon enactment of this Act [] such section 209 provides for termination of the Council (referred to in subsection (a)) on a date other than , this section shall not apply. This section shall not apply with respect to any amendment to section 209 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act made after the date of the enactment of this Act.”
